Il a été fondé par mon grand-père maternel en 1959. C'est là que mon grand-père a cuit ses premières pizzas pendant que ma grand-mère préparait ses spaghettis aux boulettes de viande. Ma mère y travaillait comme serveuse et c'est ainsi que mon père a rencontré ma mère. En 1963, Eddy (mon père) achète le restaurant. Peu de temps après, son frère Frank devient partenaire.
