Il est installé dans une magnifique résidence victorienne érigée à la fin du 19e siècle par le président de la Banque Hochelaga et qui devint ensuite la résidence du Lieutenant-gouverneur Évariste Leblanc. Aujourd’hui restaurée, cette résidence abrite le Saint-Sulpice qui est devenu un haut lieu de rencontres et où se déroulent de nombreuses manifestations sociales, artistiques et culturelles.
