Located in the heart of downtown Moncton, Bodywise Yoga Studio provides the nurturing and knowledge you need to heal, and keep yourself healthy and balanced. With many teachers who all bring a special quality to their classes, we are able to offer 7 styles of Yoga, ranging from Gentle to Ashtanga Flow. In addition to our regular classes, we take great pleasure in putting on special events such as special practice workshops, documentary viewings, and charity donation classes. With our partners Clinique Masso-Soma Therapy Inc and Green Heaven, we’re able to provide a broad spectrum of health care, body awareness, and healing, all under one roof. Bodywise was founded in 2006 by Lisa Roy. In September 2012 she was joined by partner Beth Dobson, RMT, who began management of the yoga studio in addition to her massage clinic (since 2003). This gave Roy the freedom to explore her passion for raw food, and the healing it provides with her business partner Gracia Watson. Their raw and vegan catering company, Green Heaven, aptly compliments Bodywise and Masso-Soma, providing delicious take away snacks, drinks and meals in the main lobby.
