I have over 15 years’ experience working with families and individuals, and I currently work between healthcare and private practice. Using a person-centered strengths-based approach, I am passionate about supporting clients to navigate life challenges, make desired changes and understand how they can be instrumental in their own paths towards resilience and optimum wellness. My background in the field has been provided me with a broad range of skills. I have experience in helping individuals who face difficulties such as stress, anxiety, depression, emotional distress, caregiver stress and substance misuse issues.
