The Members of Local Lodge 2323 are employees of Air Canada in Toronto, Ottawa and London, Ontario and employees of TBH & AOSS at Pearson Airport. In our Local Lodge, we currently have over 5, 000 members of which approximately 1500 are retirees. Our Local Lodge was chartered on the 1st of January, 1968. The Local Union is administered according to the IAMAW Constitution and our Local Lodge Bylaws . The Local 2323 Bylaws were created by and can be amended by the membership. The Executive Board is elected from the Membership. The I.M.W. has a long history of being one of the more democratic of the Labour Unions. Members are strongly encouraged to participate and attend Union Meetings. Our Membership meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month at the Administrative Office unless posted otherwise.
