Romac Inc. was established in 1982 by its owner & President Robert McCart as an engineering design company. In 1987 several years after Romac was founded it was transformed into a custom machining facility as customers repeatedly requested us to manufacture the products we had designed. Today that engineering spirit thrives and is complemented with world class machine tools and the equipment and software services to support them. Having multiple CAD packages that ensure compatibility with all current platforms, Romac can carry the project from concept to creation. CAD designs are seamlessly converted through our CAM packages to the various machine tools via DNC connections to provide the optimal tooling and programming solution. Virtual tool path simulations ensure any tuning corrections are made before the first chip is cut.
