Our Wushu Foundation Class is open to ages 5-19, including a girls-only group for ages up to 12. Classes run every Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and provide foundational skills in strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-defense. After 16 classes, students can advance to specialized training in Taolu Forms or Sanda Fitness. We also offer Sanda Fitness, focusing on high-intensity cardio and power training, and Sanda Sparring, which covers advanced sparring techniques and practical self-defense skills in a controlled environment.
