Dee’s Kennels is owned and operated by Dee Valstar, her husband Paul and their two daughters Thea and Annelies. Dee also graduated from the Apex Academy of Professional Grooming and Animal Arts- Assistant Groomer Program in May 2014. She will be taking the Master Stylist program in the fall of 2014. Each of our kennels have large 4' X 6' indoor space with access to their own additional 4' X 8' outdoor run that is covered from above to avoid some of Mother Nature’s weather elements! The kennels have Orthopedic Kuranda beds for your pets comfort and all of the occupied kennels are cleaned and disinfected daily. Pets always have access to fresh water and food is given according to the owners instructions. Our dogs are walked 2-3 times daily across multiple acres of our farm and receive daily play time in the outdoor playground that includes agility ramps, tunnels, a small pool in the summer time and of course, lots of toys!! For our less playfull, less energetic dogs- they can relax and enjoy the morning sun or afternoon shade on our many choices of outdoor doggy furniture within the playground! Routine is very important to our canine guests and we also need to make sure all precautions are taken to avoid contamination of our kennels by some of those pesty bacteria and viruses that come in via footwear! Christmas Eve and New Years Eve: 8 to 12 am only.
