Founded in 1998, SEMOPAC became the only large format polycarbonate container manufacturer for the water industry in Quebec. The company was acquired in 2014 by the Lavergne Group, a resin compound recycling company based in Anjou, Montreal. The acquisition has given SEMOPAC the ability to have access to a number of resources and contacts around the globe.
