City of Kawartha Lakes Family Health Team are the community’s new Family Health Team made up of local family doctors working together with their team's nurse practitioners, family health nurses, dietician, pharmacists, psychologist, social workers, occupational therapist and respiratory therapist. The members of our team work with your family doctor to provide you with complete health care. This way, patients receive different kinds of expert care and can see a health professional sooner.
