À titre de promoteur de la bannière lavalloise, à la suite d’un grave accident de la route, monsieur Stéphane Aubé et sa conjointe Julie Pelletier étaient au prise avec la complexité de la convalescence et de la lourde tâche qui incombait à l’heure des repas. N’ayant aucunes ressources autres que les restaurants, les chaînes industrielles et options repas rapides avec de grandes quantités de sel et de sulfites ajoutés. Ils ont alors songé à développer un produit qui serait à la fois santé, tout en conservant les attributs d’une bonne cuisine maison…. Ainsi est née, la base de la future bannière GOURMET-GO.
