Best Impressions Best Impressions opened in 2004 as a gift and home decor store. James, proprietor, saw an opportunity to bring his engraving abilities and talents to the town of Lancaster, along with the imprinting of t-shirts, mugs, coasters, tote bags as well as other items. In the summer of 2009, while attending a suppliers' trade show and sale, Jim and his partner Sue, made the decision, at that moment, to change the store format and revamp the business into a store for everyone, with everyone's needs in mind. Thus became Best Impressions Family General Store . We still do engraving, printing and the rest too! In 2012, in response to innumerable requests from customers, they installed a commercial cooler to dispense eggs, milk, meat and dairy products, as well as offering bread, snacks, soft drinks and some basic grocery items. At that time, James and Sue realized the new role they had been asked to play in the village of Lancaster and renamed the store to Best Impressions Family General Store to more accurately describe that role. And now open 7 days a week 12 months of the year. It is, in our humble opinion, a place where you can find a large variety of goods.
