Each on-ice session begins with specialized goaltender power-skating which helps enable them to push themselves into a better position to prepare for any shot. Our program focuses on skating drills to enhance the goaltender's shuffling, "T" pushes, "C" cuts and moving in and out of the net. All these drills are broken down and demonstrated by our instructors to show the many different aspects of the game. These drills focus on the importance of shot reaction, position, and game situations.
