We are an MMA Gym in Georgina Ontario and have many programs that you can choose from and, with each, various age groups to make sure a 14 year old isn't in the same class as a 40 year old or an 8 year old. We offer Mixed Martial Arts (MMA/UFC), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai Kick boxing, Women's BootCamps, Kids Muay Thai Jitsu Karate classes, Teen Only Classes, Many Adult Classes (co-ed and Women's Only) and more. We use to be located on Simcoe Street in Keswick and since moved to a 3, 500 sq foot facility complete with boxing ring, many heavy bags, professional zebra mats covering the floors and walls, treadmills, and much much more.
