Not quite sure what this is all about? Neither did Sandra when she first started. Here is her take on Feldenkrais. The implications of this work are staggering. Feldenkrais himself coined the phrase “the illusive obvious” and my own initial reaction would be a case in point. Initially when I experienced my first lesson I thought the movements were silly and inconsequential. It wasn’t until I repeated the baseline movement at the end of the lesson that I realized these seemingly innocuous movements had a profound effect. In other words - it worked! It changed the way I moved by giving me greater movement with more ease. Feldenkrais can help you move easier.
