Crossfit Okanagan are proud to be the most established and experienced affiliate in the Okanagan Valley. Our humble beginnings started in a 300 square foot garage, and we worked hard as a team to get into our first commercial space in downtown Kelowna, which we outgrew after only 8 months of being there. We have since expanded to our current location, which has provided our team with the perfect setting to achieve our goals. Our current building is big, bright, and new, with all the necessary equipment. After many years of experience and growth being a Crossfit affiliate, we have our operations down to a science. Everything we do, from your introduction to our gym, to seeing through that we are meeting and exceeding your goals both short and long term, is proven to be operating at top effectiveness. Every other element in between the two stages of introduction and success you can leave to us, your coaches.
