Nourishing Gourmet opened its doors in 2009. We lease the fully licensed commercial kitchen, located on the upper floor of Rainbow's Roost Hall in Westsyde. We do onsite events as well as offsite events within a 250km radius of Kamloops. Rainbow's Roost Hall is surrounded by over 50 acres of organic farm and pasture, and is located on the banks of the North Thompson River.
