Nourishing Gourmet opened its doors in 2009. We lease the fully licensed commercial kitchen, located on the upper floor of Rainbow's Roost Hall in Westsyde. We do onsite events as well as offsite events within a 250km radius of Kamloops. Rainbow's Roost Hall is surrounded by over 50 acres of organic farm and pasture, and is located on the banks of the North Thompson River. We make use of our unique location by using the Rainbow's Roosts' Farm raised Pork and Beef in our recipes. These products are butchered and smoked by a government certified fascility in Kamloops.
