Background Henley Heights Construction was established in 1986 by Laurus Sinke and his father John. This partnership continued until 2001, when John Sinke retired. A background in concrete work and framing, combined with an interest in developing small infill properties within city boundaries, led to construction of the first model home in 1990. The quality of construction and innovation of design used in building custom homes have resulted in requests to construct light industrial buildings, and special needs care facilities. Single family, semi-detached homes, and duplexes have also been built to establish and expand the rental portfolios of a small handful of repeat customers.
