The original 28 units were built by Austrian John Woldrich with the help of several young Italian immigrants, one of whom was John Forabosco. John and his wife Josie bought Jasper House in 1977 growing the property to 56 bungalows. The family ran Jasper House Bungalows for 35 years until May 2011 when John sold it to brothers Lyndon and Matthew Decore. The brothers continue to strive toward outstanding customer experiences, marked most recently with the renovation of the River Trail Restaurant in 2014.
