Karen Brodie Archibald is a liturgical artist from St. Paul’s, Golden, BC Over the past number of Lenten seasons she has created drawings for the Stations of the Cross – the journey of our Lord Jesus Christ from the moment of condemnation through to death and burial in a tomb, in 14 stations of reflection and meditation. The designs are based on 14 reflections from clergy from nine denominations across North America and the U.K., including many from clergy in the United & Anglican Churches of Canada. The reflections are varied in style, but remarkably have found the common ground of the Paschal mystery. For the artist, the process of surrendering to a journey of suffering and faith has been transformative.
