The Gillingham Brewing Company is highly praised for its friendly service, impressive beer selection, and beautiful surroundings. Many customers enjoy the riverside NEIPA, German-style beer, and oysters. The decor is enchanting and the glasses are beautiful. Beer lovers are drawn to this spot, and some regret that it's not open in the evening. The staff are exceptional, and the younger staff in particular are personable and caring. The food, including oysters and pretzels, is highly recommended. The space is described as magical and rural Ontario's hidden gem. The atmosphere and design are cool and the beer list is extensive.
