The High River and District Music Festival Association operates the Highwood Lions Music Festival, once known as the High River and District Lions Music Festival. This festival has been an annual event since 1979. Our mission has been to promote music and speech art performance by students and enthusiasts within our district. Our Festival has grown over the years to encourage approximately 1000 performers per year.
