Three kids grew up in a place called New Jerusalem. Two of them were boys names James and Allan. They didn't grow up with much, not even indoor plumbing, but the boys were born with a strong work ethic and the entrepreneurial spirit. When the eldest James was 10 and Allan was 5 yrs old, the Canadian army took over and moved the whole community had to move out....most of them relocating further down on the Saint John River. Both boys worked in the woods and did what ever it took to make ends meet. James went to trade school and became a licensed plumber . By the time James was 23 he was married and had 2 boys and a girl of his own. He married a girl he was in love with named Gail McCarthy, an Irish lass. At this time James was living in Sussex and working for a plumbing firm. As he was young full of ambition and knew he planned on having more children, his salary wasn't enough money to ensure his growing family would have what they needed to be successful. he needed to make sure the kids all had enough money for university educations. He didn't want his kids growing up poor like him. He made an agreement with his boss to buy the company that he worked for. James was the most trusted employee and also the most skilled and hardest working. James is the type of man that everyone instantly liked and trusted. He also had a work ethic that every employer could take great satisfaction to have a guy like that that aboard the team. The plumbing company owner eventually decided to leave the company to his own son, so the deal didnt come to fruition. James understood, having sons of his own, but also decided he needed a change in order to fulfill his goals for his FAMILY.
