Our History When Stan Koziski started Precision Sharpening back in 1959, he might not have envisioned the high-tech insert form tooling operation that Precision Components is today. Starting at an early age Steve Koziski worked at his fathers side, tooling has been his passion since 1981. In 1993, Steve and his sister Donna became partners and purchased the company. Precision was moving into its second generation. A 1996 name change to Precision Components more accurately reflected the company's future direction and in 2005 Shawn Doucette started as operations manager in the company and has recently been awarded position of Vice President in 2010 after Donna's retirement. Today Steve and Shawn oversee a staff of highly-trained professionals ready to serve your company's requirements. The transition may be complete, but the growth continues. Precision Components is a dedicated insert form tool manufacturer providing custom designed quality products to a wide range of satisfied customers. Sectors We specialize in tooling for the following sectors: automotive, aerospace, medical, military, and hydraulic fittings. Our Designs At Precision Components we tool custom design concepts for the screw machine industry to enhance productivity for our customers. Starting with your layout and part drawings, our engineers use the latest Computer Aided Design technology to quickly turn innovative ideas into finished custom form inserts, insertable circular holders, dovetail holders and specialty holders. Our experience from several industries in cutting tool applications allows us to focus on details that make a difference during the machining cycle.

Hamilton Stamping Limited has been in business since 1986 and is located in Hamilton, Ontario. Our core business is designing and producing stamped high quality parts using precision dies. These parts are typically produced in varying volumes at very competitive prices for a wide array of industries. We have a full machine shop for precision tool and die making, six stamping presses (30 ton to 165 ton) and an onsite EDM & CNC facility. Our in-house design capability uses the Pro-Engineer CAD/CAM system to expedite the design process. We operate in our own 12, 000 square foot building in Hamilton, Ontario on a spacious one acre lot. We currently use 9, 000 square feet.
