Our History When Stan Koziski started Precision Sharpening back in 1959, he might not have envisioned the high-tech insert form tooling operation that Precision Components is today. Starting at an early age Steve Koziski worked at his fathers side, tooling has been his passion since 1981. In 1993, Steve and his sister Donna became partners and purchased the company. Precision was moving into its second generation. A 1996 name change to Precision Components more accurately reflected the company's future direction and in 2005 Shawn Doucette started as operations manager in the company and has recently been awarded position of Vice President in 2010 after Donna's retirement. Today Steve and Shawn oversee a staff of highly-trained professionals ready to serve your company's requirements. The transition may be complete, but the growth continues. Precision Components is a dedicated insert form tool manufacturer providing custom designed quality products to a wide range of satisfied customers.
