Meredith is a clinical therapist serving the GTA in Ontario, Canada. She has worked in the social services field since 1999, in a variety of settings. For several years, she has assisted children, teens and adults experiencing a wide range of issues such as: addiction, depression, anxiety, stress, abuse, anger and trauma. Meredith has provided crisis counselling for sexual assault survivors and therapy for abused women and children. She continues to teach and supervise social work and social service work students and she has conducted research on racism in the criminal justice system. Meredith is committed to ongoing professional development and training and to providing a safe, supportive and honest environment for her clients.
