The Novel Stay is owned and operated by New Scotland Financial Group Ltd, which is a property management company located in Downtown Halifax. The owner Brian Molloy, noticed there was a gap in the short term rental accommodations area and decided to renovate one of his properties to fill the void in Halifax.
