Started in 1999 Gingerbread Haus Bakery has stayed close to its roots by being a scratch bakery. Everything is prepared on site from the finest ingredients and with the utmost care. We focus on bringing high quality traditional Germanic desserts and pastries with a few classic Canadian pastries and Maritime favorites.
