The Georgetown Hospital Foundation was originally incorporated in 1977 to help the Hospital meet steadily increasing demands on its resources from a growing Halton Hills population. In 2003 the Foundation merged with the Etobicoke and Peel Memorial Hospital Foundations to become The William Osler Health Centre Foundation.
