Dynamic Bodies provides personal training to women of all ages. We have been fortunate enough to be working with and helping the women of Georgetown and surrounding areas reach their fitness goals for eight years! An additional studio has been added to accomodate the demand for Personal Training and our Fitness Classes! Both fitness studios are in the Meadowglen neighbourhood on the North side of Georgetown. Dynamic Bodies has four Personal Trainers, myself, Sharron, Kim and Renee as well as a Yoga and Pilates Instructor Jenn. All of us have been in the fitness industry for years and are certified in various forms of trining techniques. 
Dynamic Bodies is a fitness center with knowledgeable and professional staff. The Drop It Like It’s Hot program offers live and on-demand classes, meal plans, recipes, and support groups. Customers praise the diverse range of classes, expertise of trainers, and welcoming environment. Some mention the meal plans and recipes as a favorite and appreciate the community aspect.
