The Outaouais Gourmet Way is a project meant to unite the community by presenting the various pleasures and attractions of the Outaouais region leveraging two mediums: a printed map distributed in different locations in the region (mainly tourist information kiosks and at our member locations) as well as an interactive web site. The Gourmet Way is divided in four “cardinal” itineraries that guide food enthusiasts in discovering the richness of the agri-food sector that surrounds us and that is sadly often unknown to many.
