Over the last 15 years, BizzFitness has evolved from a humble beginning of training hockey players in a school gym to its newest and 3rd location; a significant commercial training centre specializing in multiple areas of fitness. Our new location is a state of the art 5000 square feet facility with 6 custom built showers, smart TV’s for music and videos, 100 ft of indoor track made of first rate astro turf and, a unique mat floor with a special sub floor that improves safety and helps maximize your ability to train. At BizzFitness we work with people and athletes of all ages and ability. We offer on-going group fitness for adults, youth and sports teams, semi-private sessions, and personal training from beginners to high achieving athletes that want to make a positive lifestyle change. BizzFitness is proud of its functional training facility and the equipment available that is specially designed to accommodate athletes.
