Sal’s Fitness space is located above the Scotiabank and is only open during pre-scheduled class times! Currently we are running Circuit/Bootcamp, TRX Tabata, TRX Yoga and Beginner Yoga Classes! We also have a Spin Room equipped with 10 top of the line LifeCyle Bikes located inside our Sal’s Fitness Facility! The room is available for use during gym hours aside from pre-scheduled class times! If you are interested in participating in any of our Group Fitness classes or Spin classes, whether you are currently a member of Sal’s Fitness or not- we can get you set up to attend these classes!!
