USCAK started in 1955 in Canada. The central committee was moved to USA in 1980's. Since 1990's Canada has become inactive. At the last AGM held in New Jersey November 2010 it was passed that USCAK central would be set-up to pass between the two countries. Canada would be allowed to set-up an autonomous not-for-profit organization.
