Dr. Vilkas has been in clinical practice since 1996. He holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Toronto and has completed 3 years post graduate training in Sports Sciences; he is also certified in Active Release Technique & Acupuncture. Dr. Vilkas has worked with Olympic, college, professional and amateur athletes for most of his career. Dr. Vilkas has been coaching hockey for the last 17 years, He has his D2 Rating from the NCCP and is currently coaching the Etobicoke Dolphins Intermediate A Hockey Team. He has coached competive hockey with both West Mall GTHL AA and Humber Valley as well as being on the executive commity for both organizations including being Director of Training and Development at HVHA.
