Established in 2016. Dozy was founded in mid 2016 centered around offering Toronto with factory direct pricing on mattresses made in Toronto. Founded by Dave who at the time was 19 years old, he came to realize many things while working at the family shop in Mississauga. One of the main things he realized was the business was shifting from traditional brick and mortar retail sales to online based mattress shopping. No more artificial mattress sales, no more commissioned sales people, and most importantly no confusing mattresses. Simply put the industry was becoming more consumer friendly. Dave knew to take certain elements from the traditional model, and combine them with the new! Opening showrooms first in North York, then Toronto, and now Etobicoke along side an e-commerce website. Dozy now proudly operates 2 showrooms across Toronto, helping people find out more about the mattress world and helping them find a great fitting mattress for them.
