Divine Balance 'Yoga on the Go' is designed to take care of all your needs, including your psyche. My philosophy is to teach you about yoga, so that you can take care for your own needs. I hope to teach you a new awareness of your body, mind, and spirit. I also hope that you will gain the knowledge and ability to push yourself to new limits without injury. I take a very balanced and open approach to yoga. I want to help you find something that meets your needs to blend with your personality, and your goals. If you want something fun and challenging, I also offer YogaFit, running programs, sports specific training, women specific training, injury prevention and rehabilitation specific programs and Boot Camp classes.
