What is BMX A BMX race is a head-to-head moto (heat) of up to 8 racers of the same age and skill level. A race starts from the starting gate where all riders leave at the same time and race as fast as they can over dirt jumps, around banked corners, and across the finish line. The words "Race Ya!" take on a whole new meaning. The winner is the racer who crosses the finish line first. Typically you will race (3) three motos or heats per event and more if you qualify for quarter, semi and the main-event finals. BMX is fun, exciting, and the skills you learn in BMX can help you excel in various other cycling sports. A day at the track also includes special events, race-day awards, prize draws and a great social environment to meet some new friends. Everyone gets to compete and unlike many team sports you'll never have to sit on the bench. BMX is for all ages and offers skill and age categories for everyone. BMX Racing really is fun for the whole family. 
Edmonton BMX Association is a place where customers enjoy their time and learn new skills under the guidance of talented coaches. It's a community where respect and fun are encouraged. Many customers return after long absences to continue their involvement.

The Shamrock Curling Club is a community not-for-profit that is located at 9330 - 80th avenue in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We are one of the longest serving and most established curling clubs in Western Canada. We host a wide variety of curling leagues for curlers of all ages and skill-levels. Our upstairs lounge is fully-equipped and can seat up to 135 people comfortably. It is suitable for parties and functions of all types.
