About Bar-B-Q Acres was created over fifteen years ago and people have been attracted to its family atmosphere and good country cooking ever since. Ray Wong acquired the company in the year 2000, and since then, things have been going strong. To bring more experience and knowledge to the company, Mr. Rictor Tse was brought into the fold. This launched a new era for the company and our team. No job is too large, too small, too fancy or too economical for us. Not only do we cater to other facilities but we also have a full-scale facility and catering department. Our experiences range from the Prince of Wales Armory to feeding thousands of hungry trades-people at the ACJV job-site, with thousands of weddings, company and private functions in between, scattered throughout Edmonton and its surrounding areas.
