Rosecrest Homes was established in October of 2006. The owners of the company have been in the single family construction industry for over for over 30 years. The company is family owned and operated. The President, Heiko Lotzgeselle is a housing economist by profession and has 32 years experience selling with the Multiple Listing Service. Heiko Has joined the Edmonton Home Builders T. C. committee and is becoming active in the Built Green Program and the Solar Society. Heiko has enjoyed building homes since 1976. The Secretary Treasurer and Service Manager, Carol Lotzgeselle, has a keen eye and practical outlook to make sure that all Rosecrest's homes meet the approval of the customers and not just at the point of sale but more importantly beyond. The Professional Site Manager, Mark Lotzgeselle, has had 6 years of extensive on the job training in the construction of homes, and the Professional Site Manager certification with the Canadian Home Builder's Association. He is deepening his construction knowledge by daily interaction with all trades, and continuing courses. Memberships, Rosecrest Homes Ltd. is members of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program, The Canadian Home Builders Association and the Built Green Program Customer Satisfaction Rosecrest Homes has been building homes for the last 9 years. We are keeping the number of homes small so that we can ensure a high quality of home. We are building between 6 and 10 homes per year. Some of our homes are very substantial with square footage of over 4000 sq. feet plus a walk out basement. All of our homes are treated the same, whether they are only 2000 sq. or 5000 sq., we keep the quality of the home at a very high standard.
