FELICIA WAS AMAZING she went above and beyond for us. There was a lack of info from our agent. Felicia reached out to multiple dept. Within allstate trying to help figure this out.
She reached out to our agent as well and left her a email. We received confirmation not in our favor. Communication issue on our behalf and our agents. Felicia is a great communicator we were wondering if she could be our agent moving forward. If your her supervisor reading this she is a keeper.
