The Meadowlark Community League is a volunteer based organization that forwards the goals and strategies of making the community a great place to live. These principles are delivered with and through partnerships and resources of the City of Edmonton and the Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues (EFCL). This is the pioneering and volunteer spirit upon which the City of Edmonton was established. The same spirit continues to thrive at our community through the various programs and sport teams that are provided by our great volunteers. The Meadowlark Community League is located in West Edmonton and is bounded by 87th Avenue on the South, 95th Avenue on the North, 156th Street on East and 163rd Street on the West and is the home to a lot of great people.

Crestwood Community League is a modern and well-maintained community center with a nice playground, clean and spacious facilities including a kitchen, air-conditioned hall, tennis courts, and bathrooms. The park area is beautiful and features a skating rink and a big firepit. Some visitors appreciate the community events. The community of High Park is located in west Edmonton, formerly in the town of West Jasper Place. It is a small community, with it`s borders being 149th st. to 156th st. and 107th ave. to 111thave. High Park flourished in the 1950s, most of the homes built were single family dwellings. The community was built around the High Park School and the Community Hall. There is also the Ken Newman Park, which is located in the southeastern portion of the community. High Park is a very close knit community, with many longstanding residents being involved with the community. We are a community that has been built and formed by many volunteers. The Board of Directors meets the second Tuesday of each month. Please join us. You do not have to take on a position. There may be a project or event that you would like to participate and lead. any time you have is very much appreciated.
