I’ve always appreciated the service from small companies. I find that often times the bigger the company, the more out of touch with their clients'? needs they can become. My goal was to use my industry experience in the overhead door business that began in 1996 and the Management degree I achieved in 2003 to build an overhead door company that provided exemplary customer service, was flexible and accommodating to our customers schedule and maintained that personal touch that many larger companies aren’t able to provide.
