Well insulated -Radiant Heat, very comfortable to ride in. The heat is turned on. Nice bright & clean arena. Viewing lounge that is just like being in your family room- ceramic tile floor & leather couch, it's heated to 70 degrees for those very cold days. kids play room, lockers for tack, 3 inside grooming stalls, wash rack with hot water. Top quality feed and facility maintenance. Our grass hay is simply the best.
