The Dartmouth Crusaders Swim Club is a competitive club with about 125 swimmers including members as young as age 6 and alumni returning from varsity training across the country. The Dartmouth Crusaders Swim Club formed in the summer of 1970 in the Old Dartmouth YMCA building and has been based at the Dartmouth Sportsplex since 1982. Our swimmers are supported by a talented coaching staff and a willing group of parent volunteers. Our head coach, Michelle Wilson, is a Level IV coach with experience at the Age Group and National Level. Crusaders swimmers develop discipline and learn the importance of setting personal goals. They develop friendships that last a lifetime. When swimmers graduate from the club, they receive a certificate that hangs proudly in many homes.
The Dartmouth Crusaders Swim Club is highly regarded by its members, with numerous mentions of team spirit and positive experiences with coaches. The facility underwent a renovation and is described as beautiful. Superior service is also a consistent theme. For individuals considering a swimming club in the area, this club is highly recommended.
