After getting married in Canada in 2001, Sarah and Derek Walsh (a.k.a. Wally) sold their house in Dublin and headed to Spain to buy a sailboat. Having arrived with only 5-10 words of Italian, the next 6 months in Venice looked challenging. However, Toni and Anna not only taught them many traditional family recipes, they also patiently spent hours teaching Sarah and Wally their language.
