C&W Campbell Homes Ltd. was established in February of 1980 by William and Carla Campbell and operated initially in the Greater Victoria area and the Gulf Islands only. In 1992 the company expanded to include a smaller division in the Comox Valley region that has been continued to operate successfully since. C&W Campbell has been a member of the Vancouver Island Construction Association (formerly the Construction Association of Victoria), the British Columbia Construction Association (BCCA) and the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) since 1983. Bill served on the Board of Directors of the Construction Association of Victoria for over ten years and became Chairman of the Board in 1994. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Public Construction Council of BC from 1990 until 2001, representing the BC Construction Association. He served as Chairman of the Board of the PCC for 1998, 1999, and 2000.
