TR Leger Immigrant Services opened in August 2008, and was originally named CIRC. We are part of the Upper Canada District School Board and operate under the TR Leger School. We are funded by Citizenship and Immigration Canada, and are dedicated to assisting Permanent Residents, Live-in-Caregivers and Convention Refugees with settlement and immigration needs.
