The atmosphere is nice with a gift shop. However, there have been reports of slow service and unfriendly staff. The downstairs area is used for setting up events and weddings with good pricing for decoration, food, and serving.

With two sides, there are more games and less freezing. The service is great for both dine-in and take-out options. The arena is considered the best in the region, boasting a clean rink and ample seating. The top level offers a nice walk track. Many visitors spend significant time there for hockey and other events. Welcoming volunteers and staff add to the experience. Adequate parking is available.
